BSoD IRQL not less or equal / stop 0x00000000A when using pc for a long time

Hi there,

I've had this PC for about a month now and installed some games on it, and every now and then (once a day i suppose) I get a BSoD saying IRQL_Not less or equal, most notably/recently when I've been playing high-graphics games like Crysis or GTAIV. It happens after about an hour of playing and the screen sometimes displays random lines for a second and then goes to the bluescreen.

I'm pretty sure I have the latest drivers for everything. The website for the video card was confusing for me so I believe I found the right driver, but the action center was telling me I had to install a driver for it.

One post I read a while ago hinted at it being a problem with an external hard drive. I did have one in the first couple of times (and it is a dodgy one - some data corruption) but after unplugging it I still have the problem.

This is the most recent report. I got it today when I was playing Crysis online, and as soon as I clicked the middle mouse button it crashed:

Thanks for any help. It's getting really annoying.

All of the bluescreens have been the IRQL not less or equal, apart from one a while ago that said "Interrupt exception not handled".

Most of them have been 'bugcheck' or 'kernel - power' related. this is the most recent kernel-power one:

there have been 15 of these in the last month. they are all identical apart from time, etc.
