DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE 00000000`00000004 when coming out of standby

 have been working on bsod for DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE 00000000`00000004

It is consistently happening when the machine comes out of Standby/Sleep mode (user closes lid). User closes lid to put to sleep. Does not happen when closing lid and opening back up in short periods of time, it only happens when closing lid and letting sleep overnight

I have updated BIOS, video drivers, Wifi+NIC drivers.

SCEP has no virus found

Hibernation is turned off for sleep in advanced power settings.

I have run sfc/scannow and chkdsk /f/r and neither found anything

I have used bluescreenview and Windbg but I cant seem to find specific driver as cause.

Before I start pulling machine apart, I would like to know definitively its not driver or setting or something  else causing issue
