Windows 7 Pro hangs or stalls

Hi Guys.

Help needed for Windows 7 Pro problem. After sleep, the system now responds fairly quickly but after about 3 or 4 minutes goes into some sort of stall and goes so slow for around 30 minutes and nothing will respond.
