Hi, I have issues with launching Windows on my Dell laptop. I am getting the below error. Under startup repair= diagnosis and repair details= root cause found- boot manager failed to find OS loader. Result failed, error code =0x3. Repair action: boot configuration
data store repair failed. I tried to launch Windows in safe mode after reading few threads here, but don't see the options in advanced options. Could you please help in resolving the issue? Thanks
