Some of our Windows 7 users are experiencing printing problems because print spooler service often stop working on their computers. When it is tried to start print spooler service, error appears and service could not be started. After analysis of Windows registry it is found that when the value at the following location
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\POLICIES\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS NT\ PRINTERS
VALUE OF "RegisterSpoolerRemoteRpcEndPoint"is 1 print spooler service could not be started. When this value is changed from 1 to 0. Then print spooler service can be started in services.msc.
Same settings have been applied through GPO. However, issue is still being faced on various PCs.
Please if any one can provide some working solution...
