Print Spooling very very slow to a network printer
OS - Windows 7 Profession x64
Client PC attached to a Domain
Printer: HP CM1312nfi
Printer Port: Networked Printer
Printer Driver obtained from HP website (Full software)
Problem Description:
When printing a large image say 30MB .jpg to the printer, it's queuing up kilo bytes at a time
vs. mega bytes at a time. So printing takes 15-20 minutes.
Same file on Vista machine takes 1 to 2 minutes to print.
Tried to stop/start the print spooler - no luck
Have latest patches for Win 7
Tried with both user with "User" Privileges and user with "Administrator" privileges.
User Access Control is OFF
Any Ideas?
Thanks.
PS. Reinstalled the driver twice already.
Error in Manifest or Policy File (Side by Side error 59)
On a Dell Desktop, Win 7 (x64) Home Premium, had previous side by side errors ( #33) which were corrected by installing Visual C++ 2008 Redristributable program (x64).
The remaining problem from event viewer is:

"Failure Configuring Windows Updates" at every single windows 7 start up!!!!
I am going crazy here and I'd appreciate some help.
I've recently bought acer revo desktop with Windows 7 Home Premium installed. Works great once it boots up and Windows starts, but the boot-up process and the updates thing is a problem.
It starts by "Configuring Windows Updates" but it is STUCK at 0%, for like 15 minutes. And after that, it says "Failure Configuring Windows Updates, Reverting changes" and loads up like nothing happened. (It does not shut down or restart.)
Please help!
Laptop takes forever to load. When I boot it up even after months of no use it still opens up the same apps and tabs on the browser from the last usage.

System Login
Hello
We have run into an odd issue that when a Windows 7 system restarts it will take hours to login. After removing all third party applications the system still exhibits the same issue. The user will login however the welcome screen will spin for hours
In addition the majority of the services are not started but as soon as the user logins the services begin to start.
This started several weeks ago on 2 or 3 computers that are Windows 7 64 bit.
Has anyone run into anything like this?
Thank You
Audio not working
Printer will only print the first document then will do nothing.
I am running a dell system with windows 7 pro 64 bit.
I just got an HP LaserJet Pro 400 m401n printer.
I downloaded the most current drivers for windows and updated the printer from the HP website.
The printer will let me print the first document after the computer is restarted. Sometimes I can print a second document if I print it back to back with little to no time between printing the first document. If more than a few minutes passes and I try to print again the program im using to print enters a "not responding" state and goes into recovery mode. This happens with notepad, excel, word, or even printing directly from the internet.
I can open the printer properties and see the document just sitting with "spooling" out beside it. I assumed it was a printer spooling problem and tried going to the Services.msc and checking the printer spooler. Ive started it and stopped it several times. Ive also gone into %WINDIR%\system32\spool\printers and deleted all files in this folder. This does not help. It still gets hung at spooling.
Next I just went to printer property and turned the spooling off completely, by having it send the document directly to the printer. Again the exact same problem but instead of getting hung in "spooling" it now just hangs "printing".
I have also gone to the printer properties on the ports tab to see if disabling the bidirectional support was enabled as per a google search result showing a potential solution. But im connecting the printer directly to the computer via a usb port so that option is not even available.
The only thing that allows me to print again is doing a restart on my computer, then again I can only print the first document sent. Restarting the printer itself does nothing.
The Audio service is not running
It seems that problems begin to pile up in this win7 32 bit.
My friend had a problem of severe memory leakage after several hours of running. solution was quite simple: RESTART
Now I have another problem: " The Audio service is not running " and there's a red X on the speaker in the tray. same solution: RESTART
What the heck?? is there a permanent fix to these problems? It's quite frustrating to restart over and over again.
Windows 7 performance slower than normal.
I would like to cleanup crapwear. Which version of autoruns from Microsoft works best with Win 7?
I got a version from Bleeping Computer that does not seem compatible with 64 bit processors.
It wants to use the Windows XP version. When I tried to uninstall it, there was no uninstall window,
and it did not show in Control Panel.
why can't i play backg?
File transfer via RDP is slow
Here's the situation:
I'm transfering a file from my remote XP box via RDP, to a Windows 7 box elsewhere. It reaches speed of around 500KB/s.
Why is this a problem?
The sending end (remote XP box) has an upload bandwidth of 20Mb/s, which is pretty much idle. So it should be able to reach speeds in the neighbourhood of 2MB/s - four times as much. The receiving end (Windows 7 box) has a 100Mb/s download bandwidth (just about idle as well), so it should be more than capable of keeping up. The response times (ping times for some folks) between the two is about 9ms (even while copying).
The other way around is just as slow. In this direction, the connection should be capable of 100Mb/s, but it reaches roughly only one-twentieth of that (!).
The total end-to-end line looks like this:
Windows 7 box -- generic NAT router -- fiberoptic -- provider 1 -- provider 2 -- fiberoptic/copper -- generic NAT router -- SSH proxy -- VMware ESXi with XP box in it.
Here's the question:
Why is it so slow, as compared to what the connection should be capable of?
To recap:
Copying a file FROM the remote to my local box: about one-quarter of expected speeds.
Copying a file TO the remote from my local box: about one-twentieth of expected speeds.
Extremely slow file copying / moving / deleting
However, I have been doing some testing and found that I can copy/move/delete even gigabyte files in no time at all unless they are... Eureka! Media files!
Videos and music files seem to be the only ones with this kind of problem. Does not matter the size.
It gets hung on Time Remaining: Calculating....
Items Remaining: Calculating...
Speed... Calculating...
Or if trying to delete:
It gets hung on Preparing to recycle
Discovering items....
Time Remaining: Calculating....
Items Remaining: Calculating...
Speed... Calculating...
Any ideas?
Having a problem with Excessive "modified" memory usage in Win7 x64, upwards of 3.6GB, any suggestions?

Any ideas on this?
Edit:
Added this after first round of suggestions

This is uptime of around 2 hours.
The first image is of uptime of around 3-5 days.
Slow Restart After Windows 7 Updates Instgalled
I experienced an extremely slow restart (e.g., 8-10 minutes!) on my Dell Vostro 400 desktop PC running Pro Windows 7.
The updates were:
- 2019-12 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows 7 for x86-based Systems (KB4530734)
- 2019-12 Security and Quality Rollup for .NET Framework3.5.1, 4.5.2, 4.6, 4.6.1, 4.6.2, 4.7. 4.7.1, 4.7.2, 4.8 for Windows (KB4533095)
- Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool - December 2019 (KB890830) and
- Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Security Essentials -KB2310138 (Version 1.307.224.0)
The system got "stuck" after the downloads were successfully installed and when the system was apparently trying to "Reconfigure Windows" phase.
Now I'm being prompted to install 2019-12 Servicing Stack Update for Windows 7 for x86-based Systems (KB4531786)
I'm concerned that the Windows updates may have harmed the system.
What's the story? Is my system at risk?
